The success of the training programme is reflected in the achievements of its graduates. So far, 218 participants have completed the programme, 111 of them women. With women accounting for more than half of all graduates, this is a remarkable achievement in promoting gender equality within the tech sector.
Among these graduates, 100 have secured quality employment, including 12 who joined Peaqock Financials and others who were recruited by companies operating in the digital sector.
As the project progresses, Peaqock Financials will continue expanding Coding Tech's reach, strengthening partnerships with employers and supporting more young people in entering the digital labour market. In the long term, the programme aims to contribute to a more skilled, inclusive and competitive digital workforce in Morocco.
Coding Tech is supported by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in the context of Invest for Jobs on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
