DSAA welcomes its 15th company member: CCI Global

The newest DSAA member is one of Africa's largest provider of customer management services in the international market

CCI Global is the newest member joining the Digital Skills Accelerator Africa e.V. (DSAA) and follows its initiative to drive employment in Africa by creating sustainable jobs across the continent. CCI is a global leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and has over 15 years of experience in delivering consumer sales, services, and digital customer management strategies to leading brands in the UK, Australia, and Africa.

Ghana and Ruanda offer excellent preconditions for BPO companies. By reinforcing their operations in both countries, CCI will contribute with its solid understanding of the African BPO sector, further catalyzing socio-economic impact in these markets and creating jobs within the BPO & IT sectors.

With support from Invest for Jobs through the DSAA, trainings for young talents in the BPO sector are facilitated according to market needs for qualified employees. This will allow CCI to offer clients increased performance and rapid scalability. CCI shares DSAA’s vision to drive employment in Africa and states:

‘We are immensely proud to join DSAA and to be contributing to sustainable efforts that will bring long term socio-economic value to Rwanda and Ghana. Our Impact Sourcing model and capabilities have not only allowed us to recruit and train untapped potential within South Africa & Kenya – creating a team that truly makes CCI a force to be reckoned with. It has positively impacted the lives of over 150,000 people and is a source of enormous pride that we continue to replicate in other African markets.’
