Team up with us to create good jobs in Ethiopia and submit your EoI by 15 April 2023
If you want to invest in Ethiopia but are facing specific obstacles, we can assist you with your project. To create good jobs in Ethiopia, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is now launching a Call for Expression of Interest (EoI) within the framework of the Special Initiative "Decent Work for a Just Transition".
Your company plans to invest sustainably, expand local operations and create more than 100 good jobs in Ethiopia? You are a private company from Ethiopia, Germany or Europe operating in Ethiopia with an annual turnover of at least 200,000 euros and have been in business for at least two years? Invest for Jobs offers support for skills development of new hires and existing employees and grants for development partnership projects that contribute to the creation of good jobs in Ethiopia. The maximum amount of public funding is 5️0 per cent of the total cost. Submissions will be evaluated on their feasibility, job creation potential and their contribution to social and/or ecological sustainability in line with a just transition.
Interested companies can submit an Expression of Interest with the subject line 'EOI for Special Initiative "Decent Work for a Just Transition" in Ethiopia' to ethiopia@invest-for-jobs.com by 15 April 2023.
